RETURN POLICY
Our return policy is quite simple, you will be able to return any product purchased through our website for the following reasons:
urtextonline will gladly exchange wrong or defective product, provided we receive notice from the client within 72 hours of its delivery to the following email address:

or calling +(5255) 5662 7835 in Mexico City
There will be no exchange of product in good conditions which coincides with the ordered item.
SHIPPING OF PURCHASED PRODUCT

Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and will be included in the final price of the product. Rates are set by the shipping company and urtextonline has no bearing whatsoever in them.

Product should be delivered by the date specified by the shipping company and no later than 15 days counted from reception of the payment.

The shipping company will be chosen by the customer.
In the case that the product does not reach the customer in perfect condition, he or she will have the right to request replacement of said product at no extra cost or else he or she will have the right to be reimbursed for the full amount, shipping included, once the product has been returned to our offices.

UPS (different conditions apply for different destinations, we will provide the customer with that information)
For shipments to USA and CANADA:
UPS EXPRESS (Delivery the next working day before 10:30 a.m.)
UPS EXPRESS SAVER (Delivery the next working day during the day)
UPS EXPEDITED (Delivery within two to three working days)
Shipments within Mexico City’s metropolitan area:
UPS EXPRESS (Delivery within the next working day)
RED PACK METROPOLITAN SERVICE (Delivery within two working days)
Shipments within Mexico:
UPS DOMESTIC EXPRESS (Delivery time depends upon destination, information will be provided to the customer)
RED PACK DOMESTIC SERVICE (Delivery time depends upon destination, information will be provided to the customer)
Delivery times are calculated from the time the package has been collected at our offices.
In case the customer wishes to use the Mexican Postal Service, we should be notified in order to provide a quotation. |
